Die TRGS 524 konkretisiert die in § 7 Gefahrstoffverordnung (GefStoffV) genannten Anfoderungen, beschreibt die Methodik zur Gefährdungsbeurteilung für Tätigkeiten in kontaminierten Bereichen und stellt Grundanforderungen an die Auswahl der Schutzmaßnahmen.
